Flávia is a Japanese-Brazilian therapist and psychoanalyst who works online for Brazilians all over the world.

 

After our talk, we agreed that she was lacking some orientation for her content creation. Even after completing marketing courses and having her brand design done, she felt that she needed to have her ideas organized, otherwise her brand "would be a mess" (her words). Following my suggestion, we created her Brand Map, a source-of-truth document for her brand messaging with everything she needed for content creation and social media, including social bio, persona, patient 'buying' journey, patient objection and desires, and content themes.
