Here's how it works

Contact

After you contact me via the form, WhatsApp or email, I will get back to you no later than in 1 (business) day.

Talk

To make sure that we are a match, we will have a free 20-min and no-obligation talk to discuss your business and goals.

Admin

If we're a match, you will receive your proposal, contract, and commencement invoice via e-mail. All the next steps and important dates will be sent to you, so you always know what is going on behind the curtains.

Research

I will send you a questionnaire with the main information I need to start my research. Then, I will analyze what you sent me, research your product, brand, market, and clients, and we will make a call to agree on the strategy.  (It takes a bit of time first, but saves a lot later on the project!)

Writing

It's actual writing time! After I start writing your Brand Map, I will send an early version to you so we can confirm it follows our previously agreed strategy. We adjust it,  if needed, and when the full draft is complete, if something seems off, you still have two rounds of revision (just in case).

Final check

Aaaand that’s a wrap! We have a final call to close the project.
